Egg Donor India is run by ZOI FERTILITY, a registered ART Bank (URN MH/AB/2022/10691/Mumbai/83). By using this website you agree to these terms.

What the website is for

The website gives general information about egg donation in India and lets you contact us. It is not a medical consultation and does not create a doctor patient relationship. That begins only when you are seen by our doctors.

Legal use

Egg donation in India is regulated by the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021. We work only within it. You agree to:

• give true information in our forms;
• not use the website to buy, sell or arrange eggs or any reproductive material outside a registered ART Bank;
• not copy our content, donor profile pages or images for any other use without our written permission.

Donor profiles

Donor profiles are shown only to registered parents, on a password protected page, and only to help in choosing a donor. You agree to keep the password and everything on that page private and not to share, copy or publish it.

Eligibility and acceptance

Filling a form or passing the eligibility quiz does not guarantee acceptance as a donor or the availability of a donor. Acceptance follows medical and legal screening and the final decision of our Medical Director.

Third party links

Some links take you to other websites (for example zoifertility.com, Pearl by Zoi Fertility, and Razorpay). We are not responsible for what those sites contain or how they use data.

Our responsibility

We try to keep the information accurate and current. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, ZOI FERTILITY is not liable for loss arising from using the website, but nothing here limits a right you have under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
